What ReviewMeter is

ReviewMeter is a verified customer reviews platform for UK businesses. Businesses use it to ask real customers for a review after a purchase, show those reviews on their own website and in Google, and understand what customers think. Consumers use it to read and write reviews of UK businesses for free.

Who it is for. Any UK business that sells to customers, from an independent garage or restaurant to a national retailer, insurer or hotel group. Plans start at £149 a month and every client gets a named customer success manager.

How it is different. ReviewMeter is invitation only. A review can only be written by a customer with a confirmed transaction, every review is linked to an order, and businesses cannot delete genuine reviews. Open review sites let anyone post; we do not. On top of that, our analytics explain the score rather than just showing it: Tag Analytics and Product Sentiment tell a business what to fix first.

Where we are. ReviewMeter Ltd was founded in Manchester in 2021 and also has an office in London. The platform is a licensed Google Reviews Partner and is ISO 27001 certified, with review data hosted in the UK.

We are a team of 85 across Manchester and London. Every single ReviewMeter client gets access to a customer success manager, no matter what package they are on.
