Moderation guidelines
Every genuine review is published
We publish all reviews from verified customers, positive or negative. Businesses cannot delete reviews.
What we remove
Reviews containing personal data, hate speech, threats, advertising, or content unrelated to the transaction are removed after moderation.
Disputes
A business may flag a review for moderation. Our team reviews flags within two working days and may ask the reviewer for evidence of the transaction.
Reporting a suspicious review
If you believe a review is not genuine, email moderation@reviewmeter.co.uk with the review link.
