1. About these terms
These terms govern the use of the ReviewMeter platform by business customers. Please contact us if you have any questions about this policy or how it applies to your account.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your Hub login secure and for the actions of users you invite to your account.
3. Invitations and reviews
You may only invite feedback from customers who have completed a genuine transaction with your business. Incentivising or selecting reviewers is prohibited.
4. Fees
Fees are billed monthly or annually in advance, plus VAT, according to the plan selected. Upgrades are pro-rated.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate at the end of the current billing period with 30 days' notice.
