Good marketing, sales progression was slow. Had to chase them to chase the solicitors.

Quick review because they deserve it. Accompanied every viewing so we did not have to. Turned up when they said they would.

Hi Michelle, sorry the final cost was more than you expected. We should have explained the extra work before doing it. Please contact us and we will go through the invoice with you.

Did the job. Fee felt high for the amount of contact we had. Price was fair which is why I didnt make more of a fuss!

Right, so I needed a new build purchase. Honest about the price from day one, no overvaluing to win the instruction. Cant recommend them enough.

Was a bit nervous about the probate sale to be honest. Price was £4,450 which was less than I had been quoted elsewhere. Really impressed.

Sold the house eventually but took longer than they said. Updates were patchy. Hopefully it was a one off.

Nice people, overvalued at first then dropped the price twice. Would have preferred honesty up front!
